We enjoyed shooting Caren and Roberts wedding at 30 James Street. We supplied wedding photography and a post box for their wedding.
Caren & Roberts special day took place on Friday 3rd May 2019 at 30 James Street which is just a stones throw away from the iconic Liver Buildings that sit proud overlooking the Mersey.
Their full day took place at 30 James Street which enabled both Bride, Groom, family & friends to enjoy a relaxed and stress free wedding. It was a 2.30pm ceremony which ensured Bridal Prep was a fun and relaxed place to be as Caren spent the early part of the day with her bridesmaids and immediate family as they had their make up done by Huze Makeovers (@huzemakeovers) and hair was done by the exceptionally talented Sian Kirkham hair.
We spent time with Robert and his Ushers outside the main entrance to capture some relaxed shots with all the boys, plus its always a good chance to grab some fresh air beforehand!
They all looked absolutely fantastic in their suits that were from Slaters and buttonholes were provided by Gails Florist as were all the beautiful bouquets and flowers on the day.
Not to be outdone on the day, all the Bridesmaids looked stupendous in their dresses which were purchased from monsoon
Caren looked absolutely stunning in her Maggie Soterro wedding dress from Elegance of Wirral and when Bride & Groom look as picturesque and as happy as these two, well it makes our job incredibly easy.
During the ceremony and reception, we were treated to the amazing Liverpool string Quartet providing beautiful atmosphere music throughout the days events as well as Ed The Pianist during the wedding breakfast.
Once their speeches were complete, we covered the cutting of the cake which was provided by the Liverpool Cake Company.
We knew the evening entertainment would be second to none as they had Tequila entertaining all of the guests deep into the night whilst also utilising the space in the main room by hiring a Selfie Mirror which kept the guests busy!
Words from the couple on why they chose 30 James Street:
“My family live in Jersey but my Fathers side come from Liverpool. We wanted somewhere relevant to us and with an historical context and (30 James Street) felt perfect for us. We had my family come over from Jersey
and an Auntie from Australia so felt that having somewhere central and familiar to people travelling would be ideal”
